In the previous

SDDC recently released its first updates to the 2011 400NG and International Tender, containing a handful of changes on various topics. While most of the new language contained helpful clarifications, one change may have added more uncertainty.
Numerous issues were raised… about the change to base mileage for delivery out of SIT from Block 18 of the GBL, including timing of the application of Block 18 and shipments that change destinations after acceptance. In response, SDDC added the following phrase

Most of the

SDDC has posted new versions of the 2011 400NG and the 2011 International Tender. Among the changes are clarifications of issues and answers to questions raised by the earlier changes, as well as a few new items. Below is a list of some of the changes, along with a link to a previous “Tariff Change” article, if applicable.
