2012 400NG Baseline Rates Posted

SDDC has posted the 2012 400NG baseline rates, which will be used on all domestic DPS shipments scheduled for pickup after May 15, 2012. The rates, in a downloadable Excel spreadsheet…, are currently available on the Personal Property section of the SDDC website.
The rates contain a 2.5% increase over the previous 400NG baseline rates. This general price adjustment is based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and the CEU Index, which according to the 400NG tariff is based

Update to IT Adds Confusing Reweigh Language

Change 2 to the International Tender was posted yesterday, and in addition to some wording on special solicitations, the only changes involved reweighs. Item 505A on page 86-87 of the Tender used to read as following:

The TSP will reweigh the shipment prior to delivery when requested to do so by the PPSO. The reweigh charge of $62.04 (sixty two-dollars and four cents) applies.
