SDDC has posted the 2012 400NG baseline rates, which will be used on all domestic DPS shipments scheduled for pickup after May 15, 2012. The rates, in a downloadable Excel spreadsheet…, are currently available on the Personal Property section of the SDDC website.
The rates contain a 2.5% increase over the previous 400NG baseline rates. This general price adjustment is based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and the CEU Index, which according to the 400NG tariff is based

Based on the slides, it is likely the Program Management Review section that will attract the most interest of those

USTRANSCOM recently formally announced their plans to consolidate all PPSO offices into 11 regional JPPSOs. There will be a lot of speculation about the effects of regionalization, and we would like to speculate about its effect on the invoicing process. Fortunately, we currently have a number of JPPSOs already in place, so our opinions are based in large part on our past experience with those existing JPPSOs.

…Late last week, the What’s New section on the new SDDC Personal Property website suddenly became populated with new links. Unlike the previous version of the website, where the “What’s New” section had its own separate web page, on the new website it is a section on the Personal Property home page. Since the new website was launched a couple of months ago, the What’s New section has been completely empty until last week.
Confusingly, it appears that the What’s
