SDDC and US Bank are holding a TSP Workshop to train TSP’s on how to deal with issues and problems in CWA and PowerTrack. Payment Detail Delays

We have been advised that DFAS-Norfolk and the US Coast Guard finance centers are experiencing some problems with recording and providing payment information. Both locations have recently implemented new payment software which is causing this problem.
Payments to TSP’s are not being held up due to this, but the Advise of Payment that is usually provided to the financial institutions is not complete.

Amendment 2 to Change 2 of the International Personal Property Rate Solicitation, effective April 1, 2005, provides the following increased charges for reweighs performed on or after 4/1/05:

CWA

We received a call from the CWA Help Desk this morning to inform us that at approximately 9:30 CST they had an extensive power outage at their location. They are working towards resolution of this matter, and getting CWA online again. Unfortunately, at this time they do not have an ETA, except as soon as they possibly can.

If you received an email this afternoon from SDDC stating that you will be disqualified from the personal property program, and you have not previously been notified of such disqualification, please disregard this notice.
