Monthly Report Contains More JPMO-HHGs Leadership News

July’s Monthly Activity Report (MAR) contained the introduction of the new DPS Program Director, Col. Mark Hiryak. The August monthly report introduces Mary Campbell as the new  DPS Program Manager. In the email sent with the report, Col. Hiryak made the following comments about the new leadership position:

Are you a Trusted User?

TSPs recently received notification that as commercial users within ETA (Electronic Transportation Acquistion), they must validate all ETA login ID’s associated with their SCAC annually, in order for those logins to remain active. The notification was sent via email to the CEO or Trusted Agent (TA) for each TSP.
Attached to the notification was a letter that provided a list of ETA login ID’s (including the users name, email, organization, and user role) that the TSP is responsible for validating.…

Are Payee Codes Still Necessary?

When DFAS shut down the DTRS system… in June, everyone was under the realization that DFAS’ ability for EDI processing was obsolete.  What was not immediately realized, was that DTRS managed more than just the electronic invoice processing.
