Trick or Treat? Personal Property Forum to be Held Tomorrow

The SDDC Personal Property Forum (PPF) will be held tomorrow  in O’Fallon, Illinois, and last week SDDC released the PowerPoint presentation slide deck (PDF link) for the event.  Among the topics on the agenda include:

• Address from Major Gen. Kevin Leonard, commanding general of SDDC
• DPS
• Help Desk
• Electronic Billing of NTS
• Peak Season
• Program Management Review
• Q&A Breakout Sessions

Based on the slides, it is likely the Program Management Review section that will attract the most interest of those in attendance. If fact, in the third to last slide in the presentation, it appears SDDC will propose adding the Common Financial and Administrative Control (CFAC) restriction on the Domestic program, as it currently exists in the International program. That is sure to generate significant discussion and sharing of opinions.
