FSMP: If those four letters bring a certain chill

…Normally, when an invoice reaches “Payment Initiated” status in the US Bank Payment system (formerly known as PowerTrack), it quickly moves to “Payment Settled” status. Over the last few months, we have noticed a relatively small increase in the number of invoices in Payment Initiated status that are not moving to Payment Settled status.We have discovered that the reason for the delay is an offset that has been initiated against that SCAC.

The price of fuel was $3.75 per gallon as reported on Monday, October 3, 2011 making the upcoming FSC rates for the period 10/15/11 through 11/14/11 as follows:

GBL Domestic HHG / International HHG & UB – 13%
GSA Domestic HHG – $1.25
GSA International HHG and BAG – $1.25

At the risk of declaring success too soon, it appears that the DPS release  installed over the weekend caused very few technical problems, and certainly none of the major issues that were feared…. Despite the size of the update to DPS version 1.4.07, and the number of changes and fixes contained in the release, there have been no significant issues with system stability or availability, or with functionality not working as designed.
