One Response to “USTRANSCOM Releases Responses to Phase III Comments”

  1. I have been intentionally overlooking this post for the past several days, but today I ventured into the “list of responses”, and all I can say is WOW…

I guess it shouldn’t surprise me that a government agency can turn a very simple and effective process (I am speaking of the NTS program) into a complicated convoluted Behemoth.

I will have to admit that possibly I am just not smart enough to understand the benefits of adding untold degrees of complexity to what is now a functionally simple program.

But on the other hand, I might just understand just how things REALLY work a little better than the designers of “Phase 3″.

Just wow… How much unabashed nonsense and useless procedure should be, or even can be addressed one bullet point at a time?

Some people you just can’t reach…
