New Smart Book Contains Q&A on Digital Certificates

Version 23 of the DPS Smart Book was recently posted on the Move.mil website. While there were not a lot of changes from the previous version, there was an extensive listing of questions and answers about digital certificates. Looming Offsets Threaten Cash Flow

Block 18 Clarification Leads to Additional Questions

SDDC recently released its first updates to the 2011 400NG and International Tender, containing a handful of changes on various topics. While most of the new language contained helpful clarifications, one change may have added more uncertainty.

Updates to the 400NG and International Tender Posted

SDDC has posted new versions of the 2011 400NG and the 2011 International Tender. Among the changes are clarifications of issues and answers to questions raised by the earlier changes, as well as a few new items.
