SDDC Releases 2011 Solicitations
In anticipation of the upcoming DPS rate filing, SDDC has released updated solicitations for the next rate cycle. In observance of the Christmas holiday, the Daycos office will close at Noon on Thursday, December 23rd, and will be closed all day on Friday, December 24th. Our regular office hours will resume on Monday, December 27th, at 8:00 am CST.

Fuel Surcharge for Period 12/15/10 to 1/14/11
The price of fuel was $3.20 per gallon as reported on Monday, December 6, 2010 making the upcoming FSC rates for the period 12/15/10 through 1/14/11 as follows:

DPS Payment Delay Resolved
Last week we posted… about the payment delays affecting DPS invoices. Many from the industry expressed their concerns with this delay, and we were pleased to learn that JPMO-HHGS heard those concerns loud and clear, and have been working to resolve this issue.
We received word from Col. Miller yesterday that JPMO-HHGS and the developer, SRA, have located the source of the problem and were successful in removing the payment delay last week. As of last Friday, approximately 17,000 delayed
All DPS Invoices To Be Delayed 2-5 Days
…A recent change in DPS programming will cause a delay in the payment of all DPS invoice payments. We have been informed by the help desk, and later confirmed by a JPMO-HHGS employee, that all invoices will take between 2 and 5 days to move from DPS to the US Bank payment system once all line items have been approved or denied. Previous to this change, those invoices would move for payment in less than 24 hours of being approved
