PPSO Newsletter Published

One common complaint of the TSP industry with SDDC is that information given from SDDC to the PPSOs is not shared with TSPs. At times, this has complicated communication, for example when a PPSO says they are basing a decision on a directive from SDDC, and the TSP has not had the chance to see the document which gave this directive. At various industry meetings with SDDC, many requests have been made to share these types of communications, usually without much success.  However, a recent posting on SDDC’s website may indicate that might be changing.

Issue 02 of the PPSO Newsletter was recently posted on SDDC website. This appears to be a tool SDDC uses to communicate with PPSOs on a variety of issues. This issue contains articles on:

  • Invoicing (including guidance on conversion of SIT)
  • Customer Satisfaction Survey
  • OTO Guidance
  • Dept. of State Test program
  • Many other topics…

It would be well worth a TSP’s time to review this document, so they can be on the same page as the PPSO when discussing any of the issues covered in the newsletter. Hopefully, publishing this newsletter is a sign of things to come, and SDDC will be able to share more of their PPSO communication pieces with the TSP industry.
