Problem Identified with DPS Analytics Custom Rate Reports

In our most recent newsletter, we asked our customers to supply us with their DPS filed rates that will become effective May 15. We have started to see some of those come in, but we wanted to offer a warning to those TSPs who are using DPS Analytics when providing rates.

We have had reports from a couple of different TSPs that there is a potential problem using custom reports in DPS Analytics to provide the rates. Apparently, if you use one of the pre-programmed reports, it supplies you with accurate filed rates. However, if you build a custom report using the DPS Analytics tools, the rates it provides are incorrect. Currently this problem has only been identified on International rates.

This problem is particularly concerning to us, because we have no way of verifying the rates we are provided are correct, due to SDDC’s decision not to publish the accepted rates. We will only be aware of a problem when we start to use the rates to create invoices on your behalf, which will create significant delays in payment times as we clean up the issue. Regardless of how you are providing us your rates, our advice on this issue is to please verify the rates that you are sending us match the rates you filed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@daycos.com.
