  • Release 1.4.02:  Delivery to JPMO on 7 Jun with production later in the month.  Includes the 24 top-ranked software problem reports (SPRs).(from  Executive Summary by Col. Miller)
  • Services DPS Participation for this week:  Air Force 37%–highest ever for a Service; Army 23%; Coast Guard 24%; Marine Corps 29%; and Navy 33%.  Combined 29.4% in DPS vs. TOPS this week.  Another best week ever percentage-wise for DPS. (from  Executive Summary by Col. Miller)
  • DPS Performance update. The DISA DECC Ogden team and JPMO in concert with its prime contractor successfully deployed the second portion of hardware additions to DPS production on 25 Mar 2010, three days early.  The installation of three servers to the middle, business application tier of DPS, required no downtime, and it adds additional processing capacity for shipment management.  This is in preparation for PPM rollout and the summer peak season.  Additional hardware updates will continue over the next several weeks.  The system is ready now for the 1 Apr release of PPM. (from Engineering Report by Ralph Meacham)
  • DPS impaired operations update 20 March 10.  The afternoon of Sat, 20 Mar for approximately 6 hours, selected DPS user communities experienced a time of degraded response times to the DPS system.  Page response time delays were most noticed by industry partners.  The underlying cause was a data processing transaction that used significant processing capability on one of three database servers.  The DPS team is working with its Information Technology partners to identify the issue and resolve it. (from Engineering Report by Ralph Meacham)
  • CSS:  CSS 12.52% and iCSS 25.66% (from 03/25/09 through 03/24/10) for a total response rate of 22.49%.  Response rates for February 2010 were:  iCSS 36.64%, CSS 16.87%, Total 30.83%.  Improved DPS CSS into prod 1 Apr 10. (from Customer Satisfaction Report by Mike Dobbs)
