The price of fuel was $2.77 per gallon as reported on Monday, December 7, 2009 making the upcoming FSC rates for the period 12/15/09 through 1/14/10 as follows:
GBL Domestic HHG / International HHG & UB – 3%
GSA Domestic HHG – $0.27
GSA International HHG and BAG – $0.27
