DPS – TSP Invoice Call Information

For those of you in attendance at the International Association of Movers Convention in Orlando this week, you heard the mention of the importance of keeping open communication within the industry regarding invoicing issues in DPS. SDDC has listened to the request to allow for open communication of such issues and since June has been providing a call forum for TSP’s to bring up invoicing related DPS questions and issues for their assistance or clarification.

The call is held every other Thursday, at its new time of 2:00 p.m. CST. The call in number is 618-256-2476. The line is typically open 10 minutes prior to the call start time and is open on a first come, first serve basis. TSP’s are asked to submit their questions to SDDC by COB Thursday, one week prior to the call, by emailing them to sddc.safb.billing@us.army.mil.

* UPDATE – (10/22/09) – In the meeting minutes just received from SDDC regarding todays call, they noted the following:

“Please join us Thursday, October 22nd, for the TSP Invoice call at 1530 – 1630 CT. We are currently working on the scheduling/availability of moving the invoice call to 1400 – 1500.”
