PowerTrack System Update
We have been advised of the following by a representative of U.S. Bank/PowerTrack earlier this afternoon regarding the status of the PowerTrack site today:
Dear All,
PowerTrack experienced a power grid issue in one of our data centers. The back up power systems have been successfully restored. We are currently bringing the systems back on line in accordance with our recovery plan to ensure no security compromises or data corruption. This only impacts the use of the PowerTrack application and the ability to process EDI files. The restoration of the PowerTrack system is expected to finish by 6:00 am Central Time U.S. (1:00 am GMT) on 4/17.
PowerTrack is confident that all problems will be resolved by tomorrow morning, at which time we will submit all EDI files that could not be accepted today. We will monitor those files and work with PowerTrack personnel to make sure that all invoices transmit successfully.
