		<description>I was curious if anyone is having trouble with obtaining SIT numbers through DPS.  I have received 2 DPS shipments inbound to the San Diego, CA area, and both times it took almost all day for the carrier to obtain a SIT number, because there was a problem with DPS accepting the SIT information.  The last one took almost 6 hours to get an SIT number from FISC San Diego, after DPS wouldn&#039;t issue one.&lt;br /&gt;
