SDDC Systems Response Center

The recent “News You Can Use” Newsletter and email correspondence we have received from CWA/SDDC has had the following message regarding the new SDDC Systems Response Center included. The message reads as follows:

Please be advised that as of September 1, 2008 the SDDC System Response
Center (SRC) is scheduled to consolidate the existing SDDC System Response
Center (SRC) toll free numbers for SDDC supported systems into a single
number. The new number will be 1-800-462-2176. The local number will be
618-220-SDDC (7332) and the DSN will be 770-7332.

It has been confirmed that the Systems Response Center will include TOPS, CWA, DPS and all other SDDC supported systems. It has also been confirmed that the existing email addresses for the respective help desks will remain the same for the time being, only the phone contacts have changed.
