The recent “News You Can Use” Newsletter and email correspondence we have received from CWA/SDDC has had the following message regarding the new SDDC Systems Response Center included. The message reads as follows:

The offering of a “real” DPS shipment has certainly garnered lots of attention and many questions. Here are some things we have learned about this shipment that may answer some of the questions.

Yesterday afternoon, a customer informed us that they received a call from a PPSO, telling them that they had been offered a shipment in DPS. This was not a test shipment being created in the DPS test environment, but an actual live shipment being handled in the DPS production environment. As the Sept. 10th launch date grows nearer, we are receiving many questions related to the readiness of the DPS invoicing module. While we wish we could say that we are completely confident that invoicing will be ready by the launch date, unfortunately that is not the case. We are increasingly concerned that the invoicing rating engine will face considerable issues if DPS is launched on September 10th.
