Update to Payment Delays

Early last week we blogged regarding the payment delays experienced on PT/Families First shipments. We have received word from a representative of the CWA help desk that the rating issues that were being experienced on LHS charges for International invoices has been resolved.

We have rebilled the majority of the invoices that were affected by the rating issues over the last few weeks, using the Misc item code, for those invoices that we handle the PT/CWA Follow-up service for. We will continue to monitor the invoices to ensure that all of the invoices we have submitted for our billing customers are processing and rating correctly.
