Update to Payment Delays
We wanted to take a moment to update you on the payment delays with PowerTrack payable shipments that we had blogged about earlier.
LHS Rating Issues – We received the following information from the CWA Help desk on Friday regarding the LHS rating issues:Dear Customer,
Many customers for CWA has experienced problems with Linehaul charges being denied with the CE07 Service Rate Error. This is a problem with our TOPS-CWA costing engine software. 3000+ have had denied line-haul charges.
Our programmers are looking into the problem. CWA has turned off the interface with Powertrack to prevent more denials. We are unsure of the end-result of this problem, but as of right now, we are projecting that all 3000+ invoices will have to be re-submitted once the problem is resolved. Unfortunately, there is no ETA for the resolution.
We will keep you posted on this issue and let you know when it gets resolved.
Very Respectfully,
CWA HD
We have been monitoring the invoices in CWA and noticed early on Friday that there were numerous invoices all approved, but awaiting to be sent back to PT, likely the result of the interface being turned off. Friday evening we started to see some invoices moving again, although we have received no further word from CWA of any resolutions.
PT/CWA Transmission Delays - A representative of PT confirmed that the transmission problem between PT and CWA had been located and was being worked. As of Friday afternoon, we had a minimal number of invoices that were unaccounted for in either the PT or CWA systems, so a fix appears to be in place. We will continue to monitor to ensure all is moving along well.
