IS08 Tariff Updates

Our billing program and AccuBill were recently updated with the IS08 changes found in the I-20 Solicitation that went into effect for International shipments with pickup dates of 4-1-2008 and after.

The changes are as follows:

INT/BAG – New Tariff Updates (I-20)

A. Incorporated the following Air Force Regionalization consolidations:

1. Alabama – Transferred responsibility of FMFL to HAFC(JPPSO SAT – San Antonio)
2. Florida – Transferred responsibility of CKFL to HAFC(JPPSO SAT – San Antonio)
3. Georgia – Transferred responsibility of CKFL to HAFC(JPPSO SAT – San Antonio)
4. Nevada – Transferred responsibility of JANL to KKFA(JPPSO COS – Colorado Springs)(see Change #1 where they reverted this back to JANL)
5. North Carolina – Transferred responsibility of BMFL to AGFM(JPPSO NE – Massachusetts)
6. Ohio – Transferred responsibility of ELFL to AGFM(JPPSO NE – Massachusetts)
7. South Carolina – Transferred responsibility of CEFL to AGFM(JPPSO NE – Massachusetts)

B. CONUS SIT related rates increases. Also incorporated regionalization/consolidation county controlling base changes.

C. INT reweigh to 59.60 was 58.85

D. BAG reweigh to 26.84 was 26.49

E. SIT and Warehouse Handling Charges – INT raised.

F. SIT and Warehouse Handling Charges – BAG raised.

G. INT Delivery from SIT increases to Schedule A through X

H. INT delivery beyond 50 miles for Alaska long delivery rate up to 3.79 from 3.74

I. BAG delivery from SIT increases:

1. CONUS increases to 21.12 from 20.84
   - Local Del Minimum increases to 47.02 from 46.81
   - Long Del Minimum increases to 60.30 from 59.53
2. ALASKA increases to 20.27 from 20.01
   - Local Del Minimum increases to 47.02 from 46.81
   - Long Del Minimum increases to 60.30 from 59.53
3. GERMANY increases to 9.99 from 9.70
   - Local Del Minimum increases to 47.02 from 46.81
   - Long Del Minimum increases to 38.53 from 38.41
4. HAWAII increases to17.81 from 17.58
   - Local Del Minimum increases to 47.02 from 46.81
   - Long Del Minimum increases to 60.30 from 59.53
5. ALL OTHER increases to 5.80 from 5.47
   - Local Del Minimum increases to 47.02 from 46.81
   - Long Del Minimum increases to 38.64 from 38.41

J. Outer Island sit delivery increases to 11.88 from 11.73

K. BAG miles over 30 administrative rate increases to $19.68 from 19.60

L. INT and BAG Partial Reweigh to 59.60 was 58.85

M. The remaining tariff updates reflect word, tariff rate labels and country reference changes only.

CHANGE 1 to I-20 –effective 04-01-08
A. Incorporated the following additional Air Force Regionalization consolidations:

1. Georgia – Transferred responsibility of CFFQ to HAFC(JPPSO SAT – San Antonio)
2. Florida – Transferred responsibility of FMFL to HAFC(JPPSO SAT – San Antonio)
3. Indiana – Transferred responsibility of ELFL to AGFM(JPPSO NE – Massachusetts)
4. Nevada – Transferred JANL back from KKFA to JANL again, eliminating change made in original tariff updates.

B. Finished CONUS SIT related rates increases to the Addtl Days Sit rates. Also incorporated regionalization/consolidation county controlling base changes above.

CHANGE 2 to I-20 –effective 04-01-08
A. Removed Justification certificate for use of foreign flag aircraft, also changed ‘Surcharge’ Definition and clarified verbiage for Item 432 and Item 433. No changes programmatically needed.

CHANGE 3 to I-20 –effective 04-01-08
A. More verbiage clarification for Item 432 and item 433. No changes programmatically needed.

CHANGE 4 to I-20 –effective 04-01-08
A. Code J and Code T change in Domestic AMC Terminal from Dover AFB, DE to McGuire AFB, NJ. Please note the actual change (during shipment movements) in port from Dover AFB, to McGuire AFB is 1-1-08 but now McGuire AFB, NJ is official Designated Port per Tariff for these traffic channels.

CHANGE 5 to I-20 –effective 04-01-08
A. Verbiage revised for Item 526 A-E and 526 F-G. Official tariff changes are awaiting clarification of official pickup date parameters for these changes from prior tariff also..

CHANGE 6 to I-20 –effective 04-01-08
A. Corrections to page number 5-51 through 5-60 from Change 5. In Change 5 all pages were 5-51. No changes programmatically needed.
