Transcom provided the following clarification to explain the Rate Filing Error 8 that a TSP may receive during DPS rate filing.

We received word today from a representative of US Bank, that the PowerTrack fee has decreased in conjunction to the drop in the Prime Rate as reported January 30, 2008. According to the PowerTrack Seller Agreement, which must be signed by all TSP’s when being setup in PowerTrack, US Bank is allowed to increase or decrease the PowerTrack fee by one-tenth of a point if the Prime Rate changes by a full point.
