Update on DTOD Version 21 at DFAS – Indy

Mid-January we had received confirmation that the newest version of DTOD had not been installed yet at DFAS-Indy, resulting in a number of short pays to TSP’s who submitted their invoices electronically. This week a representative of DFAS advised that their system now has been updated and the short paid invoices can be resubmitted for processing and payment.

We received payment information for many of the shipments we had submitted for billing that were affected by this issue. As a result, we have a fair amount of invoices that we will resubmit the short paid amounts for our billing customers as part of our billing service. DFAS requires that we provide them the correct information needed to update their system for each shipment and allow them 5 business days to input it into their system. If you do not receive notice from Daycos over the next few weeks that we have processed your short pay, please contact our office at support@daycos.com to ensure we received the payment information and are aware of the short pay for your specific invoice.
