Problems with PowerTrack User Interface
This morning we were advised from a representative of PowerTrack (PT) that they have noticed a number of issues encountered by users when making manual changes thru the PowerTrack User Interface (UI). If you encounter problems with entering invoices into the UI, updating invoices in unmatched or AE status or performing any other edit/save functions, you can contact the PT Help Desk at customer.support@powertrack.com to let them know so they are sure to identify all issues.
We did receive reassurance that this is affecting only manual transactions, so all electronic submissions and updates to PT, which includes invoices submitted thru our Billing, AccuBill and Translation services, should be working as normal.
The folks at PT are aggressively working the problem and hope to have it resolved quickly. We will continue to work with the PT Help Desk to monitor for any potential problems to reach quick resolution.
