We have recently provided AccuBill users with the ability to change the Origin or Destination GBLOC on a previously billed invoice from the convenience of your office. AccuBill will allow you to change the GBLOC of a GBL or BOL type invoice in either the “Invoices Needing Approval” or “Invoices View Only” forms.
When in either of the forms, you can change the GBLOC by clicking on the “Chnges” button near the left hand center of the screen.

This morning we were advised from a representative of PowerTrack (PT) that they have noticed a number of issues encountered by users when making manual changes thru the PowerTrack User Interface (UI). If you encounter problems with entering invoices into the UI, updating invoices in unmatched or AE status or performing any other edit/save functions, you can contact the PT Help Desk at customer.support@powertrack.com to let them know so they are sure to identify all issues.

We have been working on some end of year housecleaning and noticed that there are a large number of AccuBill invoices that have been generated thru the billing form that have never been approved in the “Invoices Needing Approval” screen, which also means that these invoices have never been submitted to the finance center, especially if it was to be submitted electronically via EDI to PowerTrack or DFAS-Indy.

We have been given confirmation from a representative of National Traffic, the pre-audit contractor, that they have received a new contract from Coast Guard. NTS will begin processing Coast Guard invoices for payment immediately, so we will submit all paper billings that were being held as quickly as possible.
