D-13 Tariff Updates

Our billing program and AccuBill have been updated with the DW07 changes found in the D-13 Solicitation that went into effect for Domestic shipments with pickup dates of 11-1-07 and after.

The changes are as follows:

DOM I – new tariff updates (D-13)

A. Incorporated the following Air Force Regionalization consolidations:

1. 1. Missouri – Transferred responsibility of GTFL to KKFA(JPPSO COS – Colorado Springs)
2. 2. Illinois – Transferred responsibility of GKFL to AGFM(JPPSO NE – Massachusetts)
3. 3. Washington – Transferred responsibility of JGFL to KKFA(JPPSO COS – Colorado Springs)
4. 4. Connecticut – Transferred responsibility of AMNS to AGFM(JPPSO NE – Massachusetts)
5. 5. New York – Transferred responsibility of DBNK to AGFM(JPPSO NE – Massachusetts)
6. 6. Rhode Island – Transferred responsibility of ALNT to AGFM(JPPSO NE – Massachusetts)
7. 7. Alabama – Transferred responsibility of FKFL to HAFC(JPPSO – San Antonio)
8. 8. Florida – Transferred responsibility of CMFL,CPFL,CSFL,CTFL to HAFC(JPPSO – San Antonio)

B. Updated Accessorial Services Rates for all States – Item
400 listing of all States, Counties, Rates, etc.

C. Partial delivery weighing fee increased to 58.82 was 57.84

D. Reweigh fee increased 58.82 was 57.84

E. Appliance from 18.14 to 18.45.

F. All Bridge/Ferry Rates had changes – many increased, one remained same, one decreased – Anacortes,WA to San Juan Islands went from 1.15 to 1.14. These were not noted as changes but were highlighted in Red accordingly.

G. Updated listing of PPSOs and GBLOCs effective as of this rate cycle to Item 900 to include the regionalization of Air Force PPSOs documented above in Item No 1.

H. CONUS SIT Delivery related rates increases Schedules A through R, all schedules notes as increased but truly no changes – See Change 4 below.

CHANGE 1 to D-13 – effective 11-01-07

A. Item 400 – in State of Alaska Additional services, removed the OTO rate areas listed for Alaska and inserted a statement to refer user to the On-Line PPCIG located on SDDC website.

CHANGE 2 to D-13 – effective 11-01-07

A. Item 400 – in State of California Additional services for KKFA – changed MaxPack and Additional Pup/Del references from schedule K and D to L and E respectively.

CHANGE 3 to D-13 – effective 11-01-07

A. Item 616 – Rate Filing Procedures – Changed Rate Reasonableness spread.

CHANGE 4 to D-13 – effective 11-01-07

A. Cosmetic changes to numbering paragraphs, page numbers, notes, etc. due to implementation of Full Valuation effective 11-01-07 for all shipments.

B. CONUS SIT Delivery related rates increases Schedules A through R, all schedules.

CHANGE 5 to D-13 – effective 11-01-07

A. Cosmetic changes for Full Valuation again.

B. Inputted billing codes for Expedited Service, Exclusive Use, and Space Reservation.

C. Updated further Accessorial Rates for various States previously coded with wrong rates in original tariff updates – Item 400 listing of all States, Counties, Rates, etc. (#2 of original tariff notes above)

D. Item 408 – Updated billing codes for Attempted Delivery. No programming changes needed until CWA updates spreadsheet listing.

E. Item 419 – Updated proper billing codes for Alaska Fuel Surcharge – no Programming changes needed. Already in place.

F. Eliminated SIT VALUATION on 1st day and additional days due to full valuation implementation.

G. Eliminated NONTEMP due to fact that International had been deleted for some time.

CHANGE 6 to D-13 – effective 11-01-07

A. Cosmetic to spelling of county name in TX. No programming changes needed. We utilize DTODS approved spelling to comply with PCMiler and CWA EDI.

CHANGE 7 to D-13 – effective 11-01-07

A. Updated further Accessorial Rates for various States previously coded with wrong rates in original tariff updates (#2 of original tariff notes above).

CHANGE 8 (posted on SDDCs “What’s New” on 11-13-07) to D-13 – effective 11-01-07

A. REINSTATED NONTEMP earlier removed in Change 5 noted above. Reinstated the Nontemp inspection fee earlier deleted and Updated Table of Contents to reflect.

B. Updated erroneous rate for Partial Delivery and weighing charges from $58.82 to $58.85.

C. Increased several Ferry/Bridge charges that were incorrect.

NOTE – Although not listed as a tariff change on the cover lists, this change also is in place for 11-01-07

A. Incorporated the following Air Force
Regionalization consolidations:

1. Missouri – Transferred responsibility of GKFL to
AGFM(JPPSO NE – Massachusetts) SDDC only listed GTFL
to KKFA for Missouri but also included this change in
the tariff.
