New PT User Interface

The following was posted on the PowerTrack portal late last week regarding the new PT User Interface (UI).

Attention Household Goods Customers

A few months ago, we introduced new data entry screens for you. The screens offer improved efficiency, simplified tasks, and greater support for your business. It’s time to retire the old data entry screens. Beginning November 16, 2007 only the new Interface will be available for use.

If you haven’t been trained on the new screens-it’s not too late. To learn how to navigate the new site, PowerTrack encourages you to attend an upcoming training session.Check out the current training schedule.

In addition to instructor-led training sessions, check out PowerTrack’s On-Demand training! On-Demand training is an online, self-directed session that you may take anytime you wish. To access the On-Demand training that will guide and navigate you through PowerTrack’s new site, choose “Introduction to the New User Interface”. If you have further questions, call our customer support group at 1-800-417-1844.

As mentioned, the new User Interface has been in place for several months now. Since that time, both the old and the new interface were available for existing users to choose what interface they wanted to utilize. We do recommend checking out the new interface soon to see the differences between the two because of the layout and task changes.
