The HHGFAA has announced it will be holding three DPS training sessions (“DPS Train-The-Trainer TSP Workshop Program”) in conjunction with JPMO-HHGS. The first of the sessions will be held next week (December 5th & 6th) in St. Louis, followed by a session the following week (December 12th & 13th) in Las Vegas, and concluding with a session in Washington DC the second week in January (exact dates still to be determined).

We have not heard back from SDDC that the technical problems reported in the above email have been resolved, but are able to get into CWA today (Thursday, Nov. 15th) to review and work invoices.

Our billing program and AccuBill have been updated with the DW07 changes found in the D-13 Solicitation that went into effect for Domestic shipments with pickup dates of 11-1-07 and after.
The changes are as follows:

DOM I – new tariff updates (D-13)
A. Incorporated the following Air Force Regionalization consolidations:

1. 1. Missouri – Transferred responsibility of GTFL to KKFA(JPPSO COS – Colorado Springs)
2. 2. Illinois – Transferred responsibility of GKFL to AGFM(JPPSO NE – Massachusetts)

We still have not received formal notification… from SDDC that the I-19 rates have been updated in CWA. Through monitoring shipments we have submitted to PowerTrack, we have been able to confirm that International shipments with pickup dates of 10-1-07 or after that fall under the I-19 solicitation are now getting paid.
We will continue to monitor I-19 shipments to ensure that any rating problems are brought to the attention of SDDC. As well, we will do the same with
