Delivery and Fuel Surcharge Billings

Earlier we posted that SDDC had released a supplement to each the I-17 and D-11 that addressed the concern Industry had with the new Fuel Surcharge policy.

We recognized that these changes would likely result in a supplemental billing for many of our customers and again looked at the resources we had at hand that we could utilize to assist you. An email was recently sent to our billing customers advising of the process we formulated to assist you. These emails were sent to the main billing contact for your company and only to those customers who had invoices affected by the parameters mentioned in the Supplements released by SDDC.
