Meet Dana Nickeson

The warm, friendly voice that greets you every time you call into our office belongs to our new Receptionist, Dana Nickeson.

Dana started with us in October 2006, and in less than a year’s time she has already managed to become a great asset to Daycos! Dana was hired here at the company as a Customer Support Specialist, where she spent her days answering customers’ questions, accomplishing paperwork, and working on PT/CWA Follow-Up. Recently when Bev Perske left our company to be able to spend more time with her family, Dana showed an interest in being able to move into the Receptionist position. She is now taking care of answering and routing all incoming phone calls, sending out all of our outgoing mail, preparing all of our incoming billing, as well as forwarding all of our support emails to the appropriate personnel in order to get them taken care of in a timely manner. All in all Dana is always willing to jump in and help out anyone who needs her assistance, and always has a big smile on her face while she does it.

Dana lives here in Norfolk with her husband Dan of 2 months. In her spare time she enjoys going to the lake, camping, cooking, and watching scary movies. After almost a year, the favorite part of her job is “I like that every day is different. I am always learning something new, and the people I work with are fun to be around.”
