Notes from DPS Town Hall

DPS Implementation Schedule

Last Friday, JPMO-HHGS held a Town Hall Meeting for TSPs in O’Fallon, IL, near the home of US TRANSCOM at Scott Air Force Base. The purpose of the meeting was to present the implementation plan for DPS, and to answer questions TSPs had about the road ahead.

Updated Item Codes Spreadsheet

The Families First CWA Item Codes Spreadsheet has been updated by SDDC. The update has made the following changes:

Removed item code 510C – which was used for billing attempted delivery from SIT – over 50 miles
Changed Item Code 510A to read “Att-Del SIT”…

Both changes have been updated in our billing program and AccuBill.

FSC Clarification – Supplement 3

Earlier today SDDC released Supplement 3 to the I-17 solicitation in response to Industries concern regarding the new fuel surcharge policy …that went into effect earlier this year. The supplement provides TSP’s with the authorization to bill a miscellaneous charge for an additional 12% of the total SIT Delivery charge and the applicable FSC for that additional amount. This supplement is effective for International shipments that had a pickup date prior to April 1, 2007 that delivered from destination storage

It's a Boy!!!

A great big Congratulations is extended to the Strauser family, as they have a new little addition to their family! Nicholas Arthur Strauser was born on Saturday, September 1st here in Norfolk. He weighed 6lbs, 4oz, and was 19 inches long.
Kirk is our Website Programmer here at Daycos. He and his wife Jen, along with their 3 older children, Gabrielle (7), Jake (6), and Ariana (4), anxiously welcome Nicholas into their family.
