With a little over a year under her belt already, we would like to introduce you to one of our Customer Support Specialists, Angela Lehman. Angela started with us here at Daycos in May of 2006, and still continues to learn something new about the industry each and every day.

Over the last few weeks, we have noticed an increase in the number of customers who have advised they are no longer receiving payment information for their Navy shipments. As a result, we have been doing some investigating and have found out through a series of phone calls that the 820 Remittance Advice Files that were being sent to us for DFAS-Norfolk EFT payments will most likely no longer be available.

Curtis was hired here at Daycos in August 2005 as a computer programmer. His main responsibilities include writing, maintaining, and improving our current software systems throughout the company, as well as provide internal technical support for the software.
