Website difficulties

It was determined Tuesday that we were experiencing technical difficulties with some of our reporting features available to our customers via XRSNet. Those features affected were the daily downloads of invoices and the invoice summary reports, both features made available by using the Invoice Search link of our website. The technical problems may not have allowed the reports to reflect the accurate number of invoices generated for your company on either Friday, May 25th or Tuesday, May 29th.

DFAS – Indy process change

We were advised this week by a representative of DFAS-Indianapolis, that when we have an invoice in which we are electronically billing an additional amount on a service charge that has already been paid on that shipment, we must provide corrected documentation/information to their customer support department prior to invoicing so they can update their system.
