With over 6 years of experience in the production room, we would like to introduce you to Allen Longe.
Allen started with us back in 2001 as a Revenue Specialist in the Production Department. Allen spends the majority of her days billing International and Domestic shipments, as well as being one of a few who bill the GSA shipments.

We have recently been advised by Chuck White of the Household Good Forwarders that SDDC and TRANSCOM are currently reviewing the applicability of the VACIS EXAM fee that has been showing up on agent invoices for several months now. Until further clarification is received on the applicability of this charge, we will not be billing this charge when included in billing packets sent to our office. We recently received an email from Larry Briggs of SDDC containing a document that outlines proposed business rules for processing Families First invoices being delayed by various weight related issues in CWA. A full copy of the document can be viewed here. For our billing customers who participate in our PT/CWA follow-up service, we work through the mentioned weight scenarios when they are found for your invoices.
