Meet Danelle McKeown
This week we would like to take the opportunity for you to get to know one of our long-standing employees in our Customer Support Department. With almost 9 years of experience here at the company, I would like to introduce you to Danelle McKeown.
Since Danelle started with us here at Daycos in 1998, she has been assisting us in our Customer Support Department. She began helping us out with our Back Office Service, and soon moved over to work with associating paperwork, doing our daily invoice runs, sorting paperwork, answering phones, and answering customers’ questions. Today, Danelle has become a tremendous asset in our Customer Support Department. As the 3rd longest employee in that department, she works with all of our customer set-ups, reviews Families First invoices, and answers any incoming billing and/or AccuBill questions that customers may have. Out of everything that she does, Danelle’s favorite part of her job is “Being part of a great team that gets to work with customers on a daily basis. I also enjoy getting to know the customers and find out what they are about when you have the chance to talk with them on a regular basis.”

Danelle lives here in Norfolk with her husband Mark, along with their sons Jake and Cort. Their dog and a cat also round out the McKeown household. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors both here in town, as well as up at their cabin. She loves to spend time with her family and watch sports – especially the Huskers! Danelle is also very involved with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life event here in Norfolk. She is a co-captain for the Daycos’ team, as well as a member of the event’s Planning Committee. Danelle helps out on the Activities Committee, so she is able to plan lots of fun, outrageous activities for the Relay participants to participate in all throughout the event. All in all, Danelle is a very energetic person who keeps things fun here at Daycos!

Way to go Danelle!!! I’ve enjoyed working with you probably for all the 9 years you’ve been at the Daycos. You’re my customer and I’m yours. Since you have to call or email me when your payee codes or scac codes get out of whack, there is no doubt in my mind that you don’t do an excellent job for the Daycos. We’re proud that you and your company serve the men and women of our military, and we the Government are proud to serve you and your company. Best of luck in the future!!

i dont know where i would be without Danelle! She is so helpful…most of the time!
if there is one person who is my pal my buddy at daycos it is danelle she is always helpful with any questions i may have i have worked with her since day one of using dayscos and it has just been great working with her when i made my trip to norfolk, she and everyone else made me feel right at home that is why she is the bestest as for her huskers, well that might be her only downfall
