Meet Deb Gaskell
This week we would like to introduce you to one of our long-time employees in the Customer Support Department, Debbie Gaskell. Deb started with us here at Daycos in 1995 – and since then has almost grown to know the company inside and out!

Deb lives here in Norfolk with her husband, Rollie. Their daughter Annette and son-in-law (Chris) live down in Florida, along with their son Bailey – a Yorkshire Terrier (he’s a little hairy but they still love him). Actually though, Deb and Rollie will truly become “Grandma and Grandpa” this spring, as their daughter and her husband are expecting a baby boy on March 1st. Needless to say everyone is very excited to welcome Max into the world in just a few short months! In her spare time Deb enjoys crafts, cooking, traveling, and fishing, as well.
After 11 years of service at the company, Deb has certainly done a wide variety of duties for us. She has mainly worked on the customer support side of things doing a variety of tasks, as well as a few accounting responsibilities as well. Currently, though, Deb does a great job handling our Notice of Overcharges, Statements of Difference, any Billing or Audit Returned/Rejected Invoices, and Researches Unpaid Invoices for us. The favorite part of her job is that she “Gets to work with interesting people here at Daycos, the carriers, and the different government offices. It is never boring with such a diverse group of people that I am in contact with each day.”
