CWA invoice rejection issue

We recently received this release regarding a CWA invoice rejection issue:

All,

This email is being sent to notify all users that due to a technical issue with the server, there was a backlog of invoices from 18-20 October. This issue has been resolved.

This was caused by the absence of, or incorrect values for the second unit of measure, that is required by some line items. This missing or incorrect unit of measure will now cause the invoice to be rejected and an EDI 824 transaction will be generated for these errors.

The error codes are:

‘MDF031′ which will be used when the unit of measure qualifier or unit of measure value is missing
‘ICR060′ when the unit of measure qualifier is incorrect.

Please check the next release of the ‘News You Can Use’ for a list of the line items that will be affected by this fix.
