Update on Image Billing

In our recent newsletter, we mentioned that starting June 15, 2006 we were switching over to strictly billing off of images within our production room. We are happy to announce that with nearly one month of the new procedure in place, the change has been very successful and, as we expected, seamless to our billing customers.
We also mentioned in the newsletter, that if you are already scanning your documents, you can submit those documents to us electronically for billing. We are very pleased with the responses we have had from many of you regarding this service and encourage those of you who have not yet considered this service to give us a call and we can go over the benefits available to you when choosing to participate in sending electronic images for billing. If you are interested in this service, please contact our Customer Support department at xrs@daycos.com so we can provide you with the required specifications and the details on how to submit them to our billing deparment.
