AccuBill Tarriff and Billing Form Updates and Clarifications

Here are some tariff and billing form updates/Clarifications that were reviewed and implemented in the AccuBill form.
1. INT/BAG – updated to the Iceland effective dates for 04-14-06 to 09-30-06. Previously programmed end date of 09-01-06 per MOA previously provided to us, but Supplement 5 to the I-16 states 09-30-06 as the expiration date.

Billing procedures for 520A and 520B

SDDC has recently released the awaited billing procedures to clarify proper interim billing of the International SIT Delivery item codes 520A and 520B since the updates made to these item codes in CWA release 3.7.3. Details on our outage on the 29th of June

Thursday the 29th we suffered a power outage that caused our servers to shutdown improperly. Normally what should happen in a power outage is the battery backup would kick in and give our servers about an hour of runtime and then if the power hasn’t been restored (either via generator or the power coming back on) the battery backup will signal them to shutdown cleanly. Updated the rates for 1st day (145A) and warehouse handling (145C)for all controlling bases and counties.
CONUS SIT delivery rate increases for Schedules A through R (Appendix 4E – PDS)
Reweigh fee (125A) from 55.59 to 56.09
Appliance service charge (135A) from 17.43 to 17.59
Nontemp inspection fee (154A) from 2.78/cwt to 2.81/cwt.
