Transmission issues

We had made mention some time ago about transmission problems that were occurring between CWA and PowerTrack. The transmission delay was occurring in CWA when all line items on the invoice had been approved or denied and should have been sent back to PowerTrack. Rather than the invoices being sent to back to PowerTrack, they are “stuck” in CWA. SDDC had acknowledged at that time that this was an issue they were aware of and advised that an SCR (Service Change Request) had been issued with the fix expected to be implemented within a few months of the initial mention of this glitch. At that time, SDDC also announced they were working on proactive measures to assist with these invoice delays until the SCR was to be implemented.

While we have seen improvement with this issue, we continue to see this as a problem with a number of the invoices we submit. In the meantime, we recommend that you monitor your invoices closely and if you find invoices that appear to be “stuck” in this situation, open a help ticket with the CWA help desk to provide them with the invoice details. For our billing customers that participate in our CWA/PowerTrack follow-up service, we have numerous help tickets open at this time on your behalf and continue to work with CWA to move these invoices along in the process.
