One of our customer support specialists ran across this note between two PPSOs while working one of our customer’s invoices in CWA:
As you can see the note was posted over two weeks ago, and as of this morning, the item still has not been approved or denied. Good to know that other PPSOs don’t have any better luck than we do getting action on line items.
By the way, the names have been blocked out to protect the innocent…
