Annual PowerTrack User ID Fees

You may have noticed an amount listed as “PowerTrack Fees and Adjustment”on your late December, 2005 or early January, 2006 PowerTrack Daily Statements in an increment of $25.00. We have contacted USBank to verify this charge.

USBank provides within their Seller Agreement for a $25.00 annual per user ID fee that supports “ongoing service and support.” The dollar amount deducted from your December 30, 2005 statement is for user accounts that were either created OR used during the calendar year 2005. According to the PowerTrack help desk, this “PowerTrack User ID Fee” has not been charged for years prior to 2005.
