Transmission Problems Between CWA and PowerTrack

We have received notice that between approximately 3 pm on Tuesday, November 1st and 5 pm last night, PowerTrack was unable to successfully transmit any invoices to CWA due to undetermined communication problems between the two systems. All backlogged invoices have now been sent to CWA, but it will probably take some time for CWA to process the backlog, so there still may be a lot of invoices not showing up in CWA.

CWA and PowerTrack are working on the problem to determine the cause and ensure that it does not re-occur. We will continue to monitor the situation and make sure all of our invoices are successfully transmitted to CWA. We are hopeful that this is an isolated incident, since lately we have not seen many of these transmission problems, which plagued the systems early in the Phase I process.
