Pre-Approval Update

SDDC has posted an updated spreadsheet, listing items which now require pre-approval. None of the items have changed, but they have added this informational paragraph to the spreadsheet:

Yet Another Technical Problem…

As you can tell from the most recent posts, the last few days have seen many problems with the technical systems involved in Phase I of Families First. At different times over the past 24 hours, both CWA and PowerTrack have been inaccessible. Although both are up and running now (knock on wood), these problems have delayed us from performing the CWA/PowerTrack follow-up that is necessary to keep invoices moving through the system. Update – PowerTrack System Experiencing Technical Difficulties

We just received a message from the USBank Help Desk informing us that PowerTrack is now up and running again. You can reach the login page for PowerTrack here

This morning, USBank is experiencing problems with their online PowerTrack
system. If you try to reach the login page, you will instead receive a “Server
Error in ‘/Powertrack’ Application”.

Received just now from SDDC:

The programmers identified three issues that caused you the problems you experience this morning. We are working to correct them as quickly as possible. We will continue to work to this matter and I do expect you to realize improvement in system performance and processing of your invoices by tomorrow (Wednesday) morning.

CWA Version 3.7.1 Difficulties

After noticing a marked decline in response to CWA, we submitted a Help Desk Ticket to the CWA Help Desk this morning. Shortly thereafter, we received the following information from Ethel Anderson at SDDC:

CWA is experiencing major difficulties as we speak as a result of the 3.7.1 release last week. I have the developers meeting at this moment to determine our next step in getting the current issues (slowness, java errors, etc.) resolved.
