In recent months, the TSP conference calls that SDDC has been holding every other week have proved to be a fairly inefficient method of communication between the participants in Phase I of Families First. Issues seemed to be discussed week after week without resolution, too much time was spent explaining fairly basic problems to new participants in the call, and the overall tone of the call became fairly tense and hostile between SDDC/USBank and the TSP’s.
