TSP Workshop on CWA and PowerTrack

SDDC and US Bank are holding a TSP Workshop to train TSP’s on how to deal with issues and problems in CWA and PowerTrack. They are gearing this towards people who are working in CWA and PowerTrack everyday, so it is not intended to be an introductory training session on those systems. Also, they have made it clear that they don’t want managers or salespeople attending; they want the people actually doing CWA and PowerTrack handling. We have posted the most current agenda for the workshop for your review.

The workshop will be held October 20th and 21st at the Holiday Inn on Eisenhower Road in Alexandria, VA. Limited rooms are available at the Holiday Inn for the workshop, and can be reserved by calling 703-960-3400 ext 1115 and referencing the “SDDC TSP Workshop”.

If you are interested in attending, please contact Charles Niphadkabin at charles.n@us.ibm.com or (703) 428-2285 no later than 4:00 PM EST on October 7th. They are limiting attendance to 150, and there seems to be significant interest in this workshop, so it might be wise to reserve as soon as possible. They are also limiting attendance to 2 representatives per TSP.

We feel that this workshop should be of great value to those of you who are not using The Day Companies to perform your CWA and PowerTrack follow-up, and we strongly urge you to consider attending.
