SDDC & US Bank Visit

Earlier this week, we had guests from SDDC and US Bank PowerTrack visit our offices in Norfolk. We were able to show them our facility, walk them through our processes, and spend some time discussing issues with Phase I shipments. We felt it was a good opportunity for them to see the work being done on behalf of the TSP’s, and understand the challenges we face working to get our invoices paid. Likewise, we had a chance to gain some insight into some of their challenges and concerns. While we didn’t get all of the problems solved in one day, we did have a honest and open conversation, which will hopefully lead to continuing improvements in the Phase I process.
