Disqualification Notice by SDDC

If you received an email this afternoon from SDDC stating that you will be disqualified from the personal property program, and you have not previously been notified of such disqualification, please disregard this notice.
We spoke with Ms. Rosia Lindsay of SDDC this afternoon who advised that this email, instead of going to the intended 22 recipients, was directed (through a technical error) to ALL TSP’s currently involved in the personal property program.

SDDC & US Bank Visit

Earlier this week, we had guests from SDDC and US Bank PowerTrack visit our offices in Norfolk. We were able to show them our facility, walk them through our processes, and spend some time discussing issues with Phase I shipments. Documentation and Signature Requirements in Phase I

SDDC has released written policy… on hard copies and signatures that are required under Phase I of Families First. This basically states that PPSOs are no longer required to put their signature in writing on forms DD619 or DD619-1 as the authorization for accessorial items is given electronically through the Central Web Application.
