Taxpayer ID Notice
Like many of you, we received the notice yesterday from DFAS-Indianapolis instructing that all paper SF1113′s must have the carrier’s taxpayer ID on them.
Our customer support department will be requesting this information from our customers when we do not have it on file.
This is not a new requirement as the Coast Guard and DFAS-Norfolk have requested this information for the past few years, thus, we do try and obtain it from you at time of setup.
